novotegra substructures are used on pitched roofs with tiled and plain roofing, as well as on shingle and slate roofs, corrugated fibre cement roofs, sheet metal seam and trapezoidal sheet metal roofs or other roof coverings. The portfolio also includes reliable, proven mounting systems for flat roofs with coverings such as gravel, bitumen/foil and green roofs. Also on offer: PV mounting systems for photovoltaic systems on facades and an in-roof mounting system.
novotegra offers you all the components and products you need for the substructure of a photovoltaic system. From roof hooks, which are optimally adapted to the respective roof and installation situation, to high-quality aluminium rails, tools, installation aids and the appropriate accessories.
Depending on the roof, novotegra gives you the choice between different mounting systems: a clamping system, in which the photovoltaic modules are fixed to the aluminium rails with module clamps, or an insertion system, in which the solar modules are laid floating and tension-free. Both clamping and insertion systems are available as top-fix and side-fix systems. In other words, the rails can be mounted on the roof hooks from the top or from the side.
Whichever PV mounting system you choose: All mounting systems are particularly easy and efficient to install. Another advantage: novotegra mounting systems can be designed for normal or high loads (e.g. snow load). The solar modules can also be mounted both vertically and horizontally on sloping roofs, depending on individual conditions such as skylights, chimneys, etc.
